Step 4
At this stage, the spread of cancer is confirmed and this phase indicates that cancer has spread to distant parts.

Pancreatic Cancer Treatment

Treatment of pancreatic cancer depends on the type, location, and phase of your cancer. There are three ways to treat this cancer -

1. Surgery
The operation is usually the only way that pancreatic cancer can completely cure. After its diagnosis, it increases by the time of surgery, so surgery is suitable only for 15-20% of the people.

However, if your tumor has spread to important blood vessels or has spread to other areas of the body, then you will not be able to get healthy by removing the tumor from surgery.

2. Chemotherapy
Chemotherapy involves the use of medicines that either kill cancer cells or inhibit the growth of cancer cells in your body. Chemotherapy is often used with surgery and radiotherapy to ensure that as much cancer can be treated as possible.

3. Radiotherapy
High radiation is used to reduce your tumor and remove pain in radiotherapy.

Prevention of Pancreatic Cancer
